The whole

The discipline of putting the corruption and the inefficiency into the ledger at full weight, and then putting everything else that is true into the same ledger, at the same weight, checked by the same standard of evidence. It is not a kinder way of seeing. It is a more complete one, and it is allowed to make you angrier rather than calmer.

The practical form of it in this course is the strengths thread that runs through every Level 1 lesson. Strengths are never a consolation paragraph at the end. They are evidence, held to the same sourcing rules as the damage.
